I’m interested in story, in shelter, in how we experience the dwellings we call our own. I’m curious about perspective and light, about stone and wood, metal, glass, and cloth, about those things that create the framework that holds us. I’m drawn to the soulful interplay between the dweller and the dwelling, for quiet simplicity, for rambunctious interludes.
I’m interested in living well.
Hello. My name is Carmella Rayone (rhymes with stone). I live in a small, thoughtful house in northern Wyoming with my husband, our dog Maggie Mae, and two kitties, Mama and Peanut. Our three sons are now grown and living life’s adventures on their own.
A regard for journey has led me to be a curator of moments. A love of words has made me an artist of phrase. An affinity for architecture and interior design has formed me into a student of home and a creator of places that feed the soul.
Here, you’ll find where tasteful design and simple living meet in an inspired, organic way. This is living well. Beautiful and appointed, yet laid back and comfortable, welcoming the imprint of life.
