Will pray for you, Carmella. :) That bean and tomato dish sounds very good, and yes to the garlic! I also like the no lights before dawn when I don't have to get going for work. After many years of being a night owl and sleeping late, I am finally able to appreciate the morning - there's nothing like being awake when the birds are waking and all nature is coming alive.
